After conducting an IT Diagnostic we understood that Ashdale required IT Support services including enhanced security, Windows Server configuration and an improved data back-up system. The management of the IT systems needed reviewing and recommendations were made on how the improvements could be implemented and monitored.

The Solution

Evolvement installed a dedicated firewall to protect the company from external threats; this included a wireless access point for employees to access data using mobile devices such as smart phones. The data back-up system was configured and provides automated online back ups every day. The server was also configured correctly.
